For tenant-managed deployments, the organization administering exams determines core processing purposes (for example, assessment operations and integrity controls). Evalynx processes data to deliver the agreed service.

- We do not sell personal data.
- Data may be shared with the tenant organization that owns the exam environment.
- We may disclose data when required by law, legal process, or to protect platform security and rights.
5. Retention
Data is retained according to tenant configuration, contractual obligations, and legitimate operational/security needs. Retention windows for proctoring media may differ from assessment metadata.

We apply role-based access controls, session controls, audit logging, and operational safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest.
7. Your Rights
Depending on location and applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data. Requests are typically coordinated through the tenant organization first.

Evalynx is intended for authorized institutional and professional assessment contexts. The tenant organization is responsible for lawful use, including age-appropriate consent requirements where needed.
